When driving change, it is essential to understand your why. Why do we need to change? What do we want to achieve? A clear purpose is what engages people. Change will not happen if people do not understand why it is necessary.

This is why a strong vision is so important. It helps maintain focus on where we are heading and enables us to move forward in a smart and structured way. Think of the vision as a lighthouse: it shows you where to go—and just as importantly, where not to go—keeping attention on what we want to become.

Change is constant. The key is not to avoid it, but to learn how to navigate it and find a way forward.

Rissa Management is named after the three-toed gull (Rissa tridactyla), a seabird living on the unique island of Nidingen outside Onsala, Kungsbacka, Sweden. Nidingen is home to twin lighthouses, standing far out in the open sea. Like the rissa, we know how to navigate, keep course, and move forward—even in the most challenging conditions.
